See's Candies in Indianapolis!

See's Candies has finally come to Indianapolis!  They had their grand opening on January 18th, and the folks at See's were kind enough to invite over 20 Indianapolis Bloggers to attend their media night on January 17th (see below for details on the experience).

If you have never heard of See's Candies, make sure to head over to the Keystone Mall and check them out.  Below is a brief blurb about the company, and if you want to learn more, click here.

For over 90 years See's Candies has been dedicated to making candy Mary See's way. Only the finest, freshest ingredients are used in making each recipe. We add no preservatives to our candy. Ever. It's quality you can taste in every piece. American made, famous for deliciousness, with the friendliest customer service - since 1921.
Today, you can choose from over 100 different candies and chocolates, whether you are shopping with us online or visiting one of our iconic black-and-white checkered shops (where every customer still gets a free sample).

Founded and headquartered in sunny California, See's Candies has expanded from one candy shop to over 200 shops across America, and a flourishing online store. Our growth happily continues. Our commitment to taste, quality, tradition and service steadfastly remains.

Mary would be proud.

During the media event, See's let everyone basically have whatever they wanted.  Like a toned-down version of Wonka's Chocolate Factory.  Except real.  All of us are super thankful for the generosity that See's showed and hope that everyone gets their sweet tooth fix at See's.  They're a wonderful company and deserve your business!

Plurro Cash Mobs Coming To Indianapolis!

Plurro is coming to Indianapolis next week!  Indy is only the 3rd US market that is open to Plurro, so get ready to be on the cutting edge of the next new way to save on shopping.  Watch the quick video below and read on to find out more!

A few words from Plurro's CEO:

Bet you're tired of random emails from Groupon and Living Social. So are we; and so are thousands of other users already on Plurro. We are turning the "Groupon model" on its head and disrupting the space - and we want you to be a part of it!

Picture this, its 11:15AM and you are thinking about what to grab for lunch. You are in the mood for great Thai food so you create a Cash Mob at the local Thai restaurant around the corner that you love to go to. 15 - 20 minutes later, 35 other people in your building or in your immediate vicinity sign up to come along to the Cash Mob. We contact the restaurant in real time, tell them that there are 35 people who want to come in and they want a discount. By noon, you have a 35% discount at the restaurant! You save a ton and the restaurant gets revenue from customers who were looking for something fun to grab for lunch. The more people who attend the Cash Mob, the higher the discount everyone gets. Its a win win for everyone.

Plurro users are already Cash Mobbing their favorite businesses every day and helping local businesses go viral and generating thousands of dollars in new revenue. In the next couple of months, you will also be able to Cash Mob national retailers that we all love - we are already talking to several national brands who are very interested!

We are launching in Indianapolis next week! Indianapolis is our 3rd market across the U.S. and we are super excited. We want to give you a sneak peak and tell you about Plurro.

Download the app in the App Store:

Starting this coming Monday, you will be able to create Cash Mobs at any business you love in Indianapolis; any time! All users are also able to earn Cash Back Rewards (up to $50 each month) for all their activity on Plurro.
Would love you to try it out. Create a Cash Mob or two, tell some friends to come along - and let us know what you think!
