Two More Indianapolis Bloggers!

Congrats to the Colts on a great win last night, I know we're all looking forward to this coming Sunday!

Even more exciting is that we have two new bloggers joining the IB crew! First, let me introduce Douglas Karr. He's a marketing and technology guru, and also the brains behind "On Influence and Automation." A brief blurb about his blog:

"Blog of a digital marketing, database marketing, social media, and development expert here in Indianapolis, Indiana."

Douglas has a great and informative blog here, be sure to go check him out. Thanks for joining the Indianapolis Bloggers!

Next up is the notorious "Smed." Smed brings us his writings and ramblings from his very own corner: aptly named, "Smed's Corner." From his corner you will find:

"The daily writings and ramblings of a 40-year old husband, dad, music geek and general quirk who is stuck (by choice) in BFE land. Enjoy!"

For those of you who don't know, BFE stands for "Best Freakingcity ever!" Everyone be sure to check out Smed and welcome him to the fold. Thanks for joining us Smed!

Be sure to spread the word and enjoy life in the circle city!

Bill Benner Blogs for Indianapolis!

It's an honor and a privilege to announce to the Indianapolis community that Bill Benner is joining the blogging ranks. His brand new blog, Indy Insights, will focus on "the people, places and experiences that make Indy special." Plenty of content there, that's for sure. More about Bill's blog:

"Bill Benner, associate director of communications for the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association, has lived in and around Indianapolis his entire life. And he knows his way around a keyboard. He was a journalist – a sportswriter and columnist for The Indianapolis Star – for more than 30 years, and continues to write a weekly column for The Indianapolis Business Journal. He’s grown up with the city, watched it change and evolve from the ordinary to the extraordinary. He has a sense for what Indy was, what it is and hopefully, what it will be. So Bill has tucked his trusty reporter’s notebook into his back pocket. He’ll write about what he sees, what he experiences, what he feels, what he thinks. He’ll provide glimpses into our people and places and the things that make Indianapolis unique and different, and occasionally express his thoughts on city issues."

Thanks for joining us Bill! We hope you enjoy blogging and living in the Circle City. Everyone be sure to drop by and visit his blog often. Spread the word!
